Job Title: Senior Estimator – Design Build Projects

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator with a proven track record in winning estimates for design-build projects within the mechanical piping industry. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of relevant experience, strong leadership abilities, and a background in overseeing and mentoring other estimators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate and competitive estimates for mechanical piping design-build projects.
• Oversee and guide a team of estimators, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to project timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather necessary information for comprehensive estimates.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to identify key requirements and potential challenges.
• Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to inform bidding strategies and pricing decisions.
• Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals to stakeholders.
• Foster relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and support for estimates.
• Review and refine estimating processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
