Medical Call Center Manager (Bilingual Spanish)

Work Location: On site position M-F at either the Little Havana, FL or Kendall, FL location (whichever is closer to you)

The Role

• Manage 5 patient recruiters in a call center environment
• Call patients regarding study enrollment
• Coordinate with external recruiting partners and marketing agencies
• Utilize existing patient databases to call and/or respond to patients
• Design and implement new patient lead generation initiatives. Focus on the patient journey and experience to make it the best it can be
• Hands-on, data driven coaching including creating and tracking KPIs, education on protocol, appropriate documentation, and management to improve areas of underperformance and/or prevent underperformance
• Build and maintain a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results

Requirements

• 1+ years of direct management experience with at least 3 direct reports
• 2+ years working with customers over the phone (scheduling, customer service, information, etc)
• Bilingual in Spanish
