Builders Capital is looking for a People & Recruiting Coordinator to join our fast-growing company! As a member of the Recruiting Team, you will help shape the organization through talent acquisition and performance management. Through recruiting and onboarding, you will find candidates who embody Builders Capital culture as an organization’s drive to growth and change. You will look for opportunities to source talent both internally and externally and help the leadership keep employee engagement and retention high.

Builders Capital is the nation's largest private construction lender, offering innovative financing solutions to a wide spectrum of developers and homebuilders. Loan products include options for Acquisition, Development, Construction, and Bridge financing, in the form of single-asset loans, portfolio loans, and revolving credit facilities. Day to Day:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, ensuring alignment with hiring team calendars.
  • Manage logistics for both virtual and in-person interviews, including candidate travel arrangements when necessary.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely communication and a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, and other team members to gather necessary information for the recruitment process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates regarding interview details, expectations, and any relevant information.
  • Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including managing job postings, updating recruitment documentation, and handling general inquiries.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Maintain organized records of candidate communication, interview outcomes, and other relevant information.
  • Identify areas for process improvement in the recruitment coordination workflow and suggest solutions for increased efficiency.
  • Implement best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of the recruitment process

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar recruitment role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range for this position is $58,000 to $70,000 annually.
