Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage maintenance teams to ensure all facility repairs and installations are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Supervise hiring, training, and performance evaluations for maintenance staff to support a skilled and cohesive team.
• Coordinate with external contractors and oversee emergency repair processes to minimize operational downtime.
• Work closely with engineers to update and maintain accurate Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
• Manage detailed maintenance records and ensure strict compliance with safety and performance standards.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a solid background in maintenance management.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related maintenance systems.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-related software.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; an engineering or related degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance management, ideally within manufacturing or chemical processing sectors.
• Availability for a 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for emergency needs.
