We’re seeking a driven and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our marketing and sales team as a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative. If you have a knack for building strong customer relationships and a genuine passion for helping others, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, has exceptional communication skills, and is motivated to contribute positively to our team and client relationships. We provide paid training plus weekly base pay and bonuses.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer and efficiently manage all customer inquiries through various channels.
  • Proactively generate sales leads and upsell/cross-sell when appropriate.
  • Provide customers with accurate and relevant information to support their needs.
  • Handle customer questions and find suitable solutions promptly.
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and manage the sales order process.
  • Adhere to established communication procedures and policies.
  • Respond swiftly and thoughtfully to resolve customer issues, addressing questions about products and services.
  • Consistently maintain a polite, professional demeanor, providing a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in customer service a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Passionate about customer service with a strong focus on helping others.
  • Adaptable to varied customer requests and personalities, with a positive attitude.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and exceptional organizational skills.

Compensation

  • Base pay or commissions whichever is highest
