Commercial Roofing Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall success of commercial roofing projects, from pre-construction to completion. You will work closely with the client, architect, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial roofing projects, from pre-construction to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Secure and manage subcontractors
• Oversee the quality of construction
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and progress reports
• Communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders
• Resolve project issues and challenges

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing project management
• Proven track record of success in delivering projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and materials
• Proficient in the use of project management software
• A valid driver's license
