We are looking for a D365 Developer Support Engineer who will help build out & develop best in class work and work on innovative projects for the business.
Job Summary:
The D365 Developer Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and development assistance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications. This role involves working closely with end-users and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by users.
- Collaborate with business analysts and project teams to understand user requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Develop, customize, and extend Dynamics 365 applications using supported tools and technologies (e.g., JavaScript, C#, Power Platform).
- Assist in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and compliance with best practices.
- Document support processes, resolutions, and system configurations for future reference and training.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and new features, providing recommendations for their implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and support.
- Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, and .NET framework.
- Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical users.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-200, MB-400).
- Experience with Azure DevOps and version control systems.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
