Job Title: Flight Training Scheduling Analyst
Location: Orlando, FL

Reports To: Flight Training Scheduling Supervisor
FLSA Status: Exempt
Summary: Assists with the planning, scheduling, and coordination of Ground School and Simulator Training for all line, supervisory and management pilots, to ensure currency requirements are met in compliance with Company and Federal Regulations. Assists with the planning and scheduling of all available training facilities and instructor resources to accomplish training in the most productive and cost-effective way.
Essential Functions:
- Manages daily schedules for pilots and Instructor/Evaluators (I/Es).
- Schedules pilots and I/Es for future training events.
- Coordinates with vendors to schedule training classrooms and devices for required training events.
- Coordinates with the appropriate teams and vendors to ensure travel and lodging for pilots and I/Es is scheduled to support training events.
- Coordinates appropriate FAA personnel to conduct required simulator observations and training.
- Monitors Check Airmen schedules daily to ensure adequate coverage.
- Coordinates with Crew Scheduling to provide Check Airmen as required and resolve any scheduling issues.
- Interfaces with Manager of OE and Line Check Scheduling.
- Ensures timely updates of pilot, I/E, and Check Airman training schedule changes, qualifications, and other data into applicable databases and programs, including AIMS and MINT.
- Cross trains with the Flight Training Records Supervisor to serve as a backup and eliminate single points of failure within the Flight Training team.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Two (2) years’ scheduling, logistics, or planning experience.
- Regulatory or airline experience with an understanding of Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) legalities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Crew Management Systems – especially AIMS.
- Familiarity with Training Management Systems – especially MINT.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Accepts ownership and accountability for all functional obligations under minimal supervision.
- Performs tasks and makes critical decisions effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
- Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of related experience.
- Experience in Strategic Planning and/or Project Management background.
- Experience in Flight Training.
- Experience with NAVBLUE a plus.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
Travel Requirements:
25% Travel may be required, specifically in and around the Miami, Florida area.
