Senior Relationship Manager (CRE)

JCW is recruiting for a Senior CRE Lender for a quickly growing Commercial Bank in the Miami/Dade City County area. If you have proven experience sourcing CRE loans, particularly Construction Loans, this could be a great fit for you!

Responsibilities:

• Originate new CRE transactions through cold-calling and COI's.
• Maintain professional and positive relationships with clients.
• Develop an understanding of bank credit culture and adhere to the bank's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 5 + Years of Business Development Experience at a Bank.
• Strong Understanding of CRE loans, particularly Construction Finance.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required, Masters or CFA preferred.
