As the Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers through the entire Software Development Life Cycle using Agile Methodology. You will collaborate with business and product stakeholders to initiate new initiatives, supports the development of program specifications, and provide technology financial estimates. You will be responsible for pulling data from JIRA and working with business partners to create technical user stories. You will also play an integral role in data reporting to determine team improvement by pulling data through JIRA and creating data visualizations through excel and Tableau. Lastly, the Technical Product Owner will be an expert on their product acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to all technical and business stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/computer science (or equivalent experience)
• Background in existing and emerging software standards
• Knowledge of APIs, and/or databases would be helpful
• Experience working as a Product Owner required

Responsibilities:

• Understand the vision of a product from the point of view of customer, end user or stakeholders.
• Work with product management to represent the customer and stakeholder priorities to the scrum team.
• Awareness of the desires of our business partners to prioritize delivery schedules.
• Develop requirements and specifications, prioritize features, build consensus and deliver required technical data and creative materials to our engineers.
• Facilitate communication and track tasks throughout the development process between a variety of internal teams including engineering and business teams.
• Participate in scheduling and negotiation of delivery tasks to set achievable releases dates.
• Owns the ‘voice of the user’ and ensures delivery products solve real customer/user needs.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of our products and use data to drive decision making for product development and maximum business impact.
• Works closely with solution architects, business and tech partners to provide delivery plans and validated requirements with delivery partners.
