Overview:

We are seeking a skilled & experienced Audiovisual On-Site support role in managing projects, vendor relationships, & ensuring timely delivery of conference & collaboration space projects. This role is essential for the successful execution of audiovisual projects ranging from installations to upgrades & maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & oversee audiovisual projects from planning to completion.
• Develop project plans & timelines.
• Assign tasks to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress & make work with team for any adjustments needed.
• Vendor Management:
• Maintain existing relationships & establish new vendor relationships.
• Coordinate vendor activities to align with project requirements.
• Technical Expertise:
• Possess in-depth knowledge of audiovisual systems, equipment, & technologies.
• Provide technical guidance & support to program teams.
• Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues that may arise during installations or upgrades.
• Troubleshoot & resolve technical issues in collaboration & conference spaces.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all audiovisual installations & setups meet Raytheon standards, industry standards, & program specifications.
• Conduct through testing & quality checks before project completion.
• Address any deficiencies promptly to maintain high-quality standards.
• Client Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with clients & partners.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering services & solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Receive client feedback & pass up for implementation into service offerings.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Knowledge of AV Equipment including projectors, screens, microphones, speakers, & video conferencing systems.
• Troubleshooting skills to diagnose & fix technical issues quickly.
• Familiarity with Crestron, Extron, QSC, & Poly Audiovisual equipment
