Role Description
In this role, you will be responsible for driving our brand's presence across social platforms, creating engaging content, and implementing innovative social media campaigns that resonate with our audience. As a key member of the Marketing Department, you'll collaborate with team members, agents, and external partners to support company-wide initiatives, events, and recruitment efforts. You'll not only manage and grow our social media following but also provide valuable insights through analytics and performance tracking. Responsibilities include:
- Create social media content for agents to use/repost on their SM channels
- Create monthly social media calendars for agent usage and guidance
- Create social media templates for marketing coordinators to use when posting to branch accounts
- Maintain the channels as a source of information for internal agent training, special events and company info
- Design and implement SM ad campaigns to target both new and experienced agents for recruiting
- Increase SM following on all platforms in order to maximize exposure and cross-promotion for internal and external clients
- Create content for the monthly social media newsletter
- Maintain an ongoing content calendar for all SM Channels
- Strategize growth through SM: Ideate, create, and launch content related to building our brand and growing our reach
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers or brand ambassadors to collaborate on social media campaigns
- Attend Company events to document and create SM content including creating and designing materials to promote events
- Attend weekly meetings and brainstorm with team members for optimal social media & blog contentIncrease social media followers and grow agent participation or reshares
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance engagement and ROI
Provide Support and Training:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with our audiences
- Provide support to offices for accessibility, scheduling, content, or platform issues
- Oversee office social media accounts to ensure branding standards, originality, and continuous posting efforts
- Present webinars and presentations on online marketing and SM strategy on a company-wide basis
- Provide training to Marketing Coordinators for SM and assist marketing team with promotions and internal events as directed
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media/digital marketing, public relations and/or advertising, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proficient with Google applications and social media platforms
- Graphic Design experience a plus
- Proficient Meta Business Suite
- Experience in Sprout Social Media Manager or Hubspot
- Canva Experience required
- This is full-time onsite position at our corporate office in Sacramento
