Role: Marketing Contractor
Location: Austin, TX – 73301 (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months (potential to convert)
Our goal is to make our Sales team's interactions with customers even more impactful and actionable.
The marketing contractor will also work collaboratively with the other members of our Growth Marketing team and cross-functionally with other internal and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Create, deliver, and refine marketing collateral for our Sales team
- Think big on how we'll plan to reach, inform, and delight customers
- Own the entire strategy - including content topics and creative
- Infuse a sense of simplicity and excitement in the work we produce
- Collaborate with Sales to launch new ways to generate more demand
- Create a pipeline of high-potential prospects for Sales to prioritize
- Build a plan to support Sales in turning prospects into customers
- Leverage marketing channels to create connection points for Sales
- Become our Sales team's go-to champion and marketing expert
- Gather and share insights that shape our overall decision-making
- Provide recommendations to help us be more efficient and effective
- Cultivate relationships to build a sense of transparency and trust
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience working within a marketing organization or creative agency
- Hands-on development and creation of marketing communications, customer programs, and creative deliverables
- Be a self-starter and know how to take full advantage of available resources
- Passion for creating the best experiences that bring both delight and value to customers
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally in an effective manner
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with proven attention to detail
- Familiar with leveraging data and insights to inform decision making
- Savvy at tackling issues and providing creative solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess unquestionable personal code of ethics and integrity
Requirements
- Must work on-site three days per week in Austin, Texas (number of days per week in the office subject to change)
