POSITION(S): Senior Research Engineer
ABOUT POLARIS WIRELESS
Founded in 2001, Polaris Wireless Inc. is the leading provider of US FCC compliant, high accuracy, software-based wireless location solutions to operators, law enforcement agencies and location-based application companies. The Polaris Wireless patented Wireless Location Signatures (Polaris WLS™) technology is a cost-effective solution to the location determination problem, since no changes in the wireless device or in the network operator’s base stations are required.
Polaris Wireless markets two main platforms: OmniLocate and Aigis that enable a wide variety of public safety and national security applications. The Company has commercially deployed its location products across numerous wireless networks in the US for E911 Phase II location services and in APAC for 999, and across 22 wireless networks in EMEA and APAC for security applications. Polaris’s technology works seamlessly across “all” mobile devices, all air interfaces (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G) and across all environments, including challenging dense urban and indoor locations. Polaris Wireless recently solved the vertical location estimation challenge and successfully demonstrated it to the FCC.
Polaris Wireless is seeking a smart, talented, creative, and motivated individual of highest personal integrity to join their team. Polaris Wireless offers competitive compensation and an attractive benefits package.
