  • Location: Hybrid - 3x/wk in Seattle, WA

  • Salary: $115-125k + 10% bonus

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience with a focus on Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, and Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Proficiency in configuration, automation, and customization
  • Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Security Settings, Flows/Workflows, etc.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning App Builder
  • Strong understanding of relationship databases and SQL queries
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in the organization
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

Nice to Have:

  • Additional Salesforce Certifications
  • Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder
  • Experience working in an Agile environment / familiarity with Agile

About the Role:

As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem to drive efficiency and productivity across various business functions. You will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, customization, and integration of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, and Salesforce Service Cloud to meet the evolving needs of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance user experience and support our business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Configuration: Administer and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, and Salesforce Service Cloud to support the needs of different departments such as sales, finance, and customer service.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes within Salesforce
  • Automation: Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, formulas, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows to automate business processes and improve data integrity.
  • Permissions: Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies.
  • Integration: Lead efforts to integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
  • System Health: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to end-users.
  • Salesforce Releases: Stay updated on new Salesforce features and releases, assess their impact on existing configurations, and recommend enhancements.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, process diagrams, and training materials.
  • Company Initiatives: Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested.
