Job Title: Field Performance Advisor (FPA) – Service Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Field Performance Advisor (FPA) to drive supplier performance and ensure quality and efficiency in site construction projects. As an FPA, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing supplier operations by providing hands-on guidance, conducting site visits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your efforts will help improve crew effectiveness, tool utilization, and quality standards across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize Supplier Performance
    Conduct regular site visits to review performance metrics such as cycle time, quality compliance, and safety. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with suppliers to implement corrective actions.

  • Data-Driven Improvements
    Analyze site performance data to find inefficiencies and recommend solutions. Share insights with Territory Directors and work closely with suppliers to enhance operations.

  • On-Site Problem Solving
    Act as a field representative, engaging with suppliers to resolve real-time discrepancies and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

  • Strategic Planning
    Plan daily and weekly supplier visits based on KPIs and market needs to drive overall performance improvements.

  • Process Development
    Partner with automation teams to create new tools and adjust current practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate Across Markets
    Work with other Field Performance Advisors across the country to address systemic issues and propose cross-market improvements, helping set industry standards for supplier performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience
    7+ years in a related role, preferably in telecommunications, construction management, or supplier performance.

  • Skills
    Strong understanding of construction processes, supplier management, and safety compliance (OSHA certification preferred).

  • Communication
    Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams, build relationships with suppliers, and provide clear, actionable feedback.

  • Analytical Mindset
    Comfortable with performance metrics and root-cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Problem-Solving
    Proactive approach to solving issues on-site and ability to make sound decisions under minimal supervision.

  • Preferred Qualifications
