Pay: $55k+/year (with OTE, $60k to $65k/year)
Experience:
- Proven customer service experience is required
- Previous law enforcement, military, or public safety market experience desired
Education: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

ProRecruiters is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Proactively maintain professional relationships with existing customers; assess, clarify and validate customer needs regularly
- Manage daily orders for hardware, software and paper
- Perform remote health checks with law enforcement, Court and IT personnel
- Assist support teams in identifying and resolving technical issues promptly
- Participate in customer training when necessary
- Provide software and hardware demonstrations
- Create and deliver proposals, follow up on pricing requests
- Ensure compliance with license agreements and document customer communications in Salesforce
- Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services to customers
- Generate referrals from customer relationships
- Support on-site visits, conferences, and webinars in collaboration with sales and marketing teams
Position Requirements:
- Experience demonstrating technical aspects of hardware and software
- Working experience with Salesforce.com preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Attention to detail with written proposals, contracts, and customer data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Available to perform work-related travel (up to 15%)
