Describe the function of your group within the bank and how that impacts Client on a larger scale (i.e., mitigating risk, cost reduction, revenue, etc.):

  • Mitigating Risk - this role will be in charge of ensuring creation and accuracy of General Ledger data being distributed from downstream systems. Also helps in the Financial consolidation and close for the finance and accounting space.
Describe the current initiatives/project(s) that this resource will be impacting:
Develop enhancements to the ERP application
  • Implementation of ERP Fusion for Financials which will replace the current People Soft Financials.

  • Banking Industry
  • ERP Experience is most critical/helpful for ramp up

Describe the dynamic of your team and where this candidate will fit into the overall environment (i.e., number of team members, roles and titles they will be working with, team culture, etc.):
  • The team is a good mix of new hires from college and a few experienced resources. Most of the resources are technical and this new resource we are seeking is going to come in and be a liason between the business team and the technical team to translate the business requirements into functional requirements. Also, this new resource should be able to use their experience in ERP Financials to suggest best practices
  • The team Is currently comprised of more technical resources who are new and also been with the Bank for a few years now. Diverse backgrounds is preferred but someone with Oracle ERP experience would be the best.

POSITION PROFILE:
Describe the role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing day 1 and frequently followed by those they will be doing as the project/work progresses:
  • Understand the ERP data being retrieved from the ERP Fusion product and the processes on on Prem application and communicate the same to downstream systems
  • Work with the current team to understand the technical processes built in the financial consolidation and close process and build the required enhancements.
  • Create BIP Reports on the ERP Fusion modules
  • Create integrations to send and receive data from ERP Fusion to on-prem and vice versa

  • Oracle financial Modules - GL, AP, AR - 5 years
  • SOA, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, Oracle BI Reports, APIs 5 years
  • Oracle Integration Cloud - 2 years
