Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Cold Caller at Pardee Properties. You will make outbound cold calls to prospective sellers and set appointments for our Sales Team then to take over. You will also need to nurture cold leads and provide exceptional customer service leading to setting an appointment. The Real Estate Cold Caller will help build rapport and assist these leads on behalf of Pardee Properties until an appointment is set.

Responsibilities

  • "Smile and dial" homeowners in the West Los Angeles area to setup appointments if they are curious about selling or leasing their home.
  • These homeowners are cold leads and generally have had no previous contact from Pardee except through mailings in some situations.
  • A "success" is setting a physical (preferred) or virtual meeting with one of our Real Estate Agents and having that appointment be successfully completed.
  • For homeowners that are not ready for an appointment, you will be responsible for nurturing these leads until they set an appointment.
  • You are expected to spend 80%+ of the day on the phone cold calling homeowners.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid proficiency with computers as well as strong technical ability to maximize usage of the CRM.
  • Organized and systematic with a high level of detail and follow-through. 
  • Results-oriented and high achiever
  • Willingness to spend 80% of the day on the phone
  • Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously and be detail-oriented
  • Able to work as an integral part of a team; is proactive and on top of workflow process

Required Qualifications

  • Real estate experience preferred (not required) - given priority
  • Cold call sales experience - at least two years.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with Google Docs/Sheets or equivalent
  • Experience with Slack or other business communication platforms
  • Experience with Copper or other real estate CRMs preferred
  • Computer-proficient

Pay Information

  • $20/hr, 30-40 hours per week
  • $100 bonus per completed appointment booked
  • Full-time employees are eligible for vacation pay (two weeks per year, accrued per pay period), health insurance stipend ($200/month only if you join Company's health insurance plan), 401k (after 3 months), sick pay (as required by City of Los Angeles), and 8 paid holidays per year.
