• Pay rate is $21-$22 / hr

As a Break-Fix Technician at Encore Technologies, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and resolving hardware and software issues for our clients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

· Diagnose and repair hardware components on a variety of computer systems and peripherals.

· Perform on-site and remote troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution.

· Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and associated software.

· Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in a professional and courteous manner.

· Collaborate with clients and colleagues to effectively communicate technical information.

· Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities.

· Keep up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide the best solutions.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications and relevant coursework are a plus.

· Proven experience in break-fix technical support, preferably in a similar role.

· Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.

· Strong knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and computer hardware.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Reliable transportation to travel to client locations when required.

· Technical certifications such as A or similar are a plus.
