COMPENSATION/PERKS:

• $125k - $175k Salary (Depending on Years of Experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Growing Private Credit Practice
• Amplify the Sourcing, Underwriting, Origination, and Surveillance Capabilities of the Team
• Work Independently and Alongside a Team
• Work Closely with Team Members on Multiple Private Credit Investments Across Both Existing Portfolio and Investment Pipeline
• Underwriting Individual and Pools of Credit, Managing Pipeline and Portfolio Systems, Researching Specific Investment Themes, and Supporting Existing Funds and Investor-Facing Team

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-4 years of Investment or Financial Experience with a Strong Interest in Credit Investing or Underwriting
• Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrated Analytical Abilities and Fluency with Financial Modeling
• Strong Written & Verbal Communication
• Entrepreneurial Spirit and Team-Player with the Ability to Work Under the Guidance of Senior Professionals
• Relevant Investment and Credit Experience Developed at Prior Investment or Capital Markets-Related Firm
• Strong Work-Ethic, Ambitious Mindset, Go-Getter & Positive Attitude
