We have a need for a long-term consulting assignment (W2- Hybrid) with our direct banking client. Need Local to Dallas, TX, Charlotte, NC, Summit, NJ and NYC, NY. Hybrid in the office 3 days a week - no exception.

Required Skills:

• Experience in the Workplace Service Delivery module.
• CSA certification.

ServiceNow Developer with ITSM, HRSD, Gen AI Implementation

PROJECT SUMMERY

• Will be supporting technology teams with the implementation of ServiceNow’s Generative AI solution to support our Core Platform, ITSM, HR Service Delivery, and Employee Portal/Content teams

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience providing analysis and documenting requirements for the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with hands-on implementation of any ServiceNow native AI capabilities.
• Direct experience handling implementations of AI within ServiceNow.
• Proven experience of defining and capturing measurable outcomes (metrics of value)

Desired Skills:

• CAD certification
