Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support State License 1 Verification Job Details 48 bed unit caring for medical surgical patients specializing in Neurology and Neurosurgery. Eight of our beds are equipped for long term EEG monitoring. Our specialized patient population includes: strokes, aneurysms, seizures, spinal fusions, brain and spinal cord tumors, and other neurological conditions. Mixed acuity unit, ratios vary Specialty: Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN Years of experience REQ: 2 Years First-timers accepted: YES Job Requirements Certs REQ: BLS (ACLS strongly preferred) Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs: YES Locals Accepted: NO (candidate must be more than 100 miles from facility) Pending license accepted: Yes, but if license is not IN HAND at the time of submission then traveler will be booked six weeks out. Schedule Information Weekend REQ: Four weekend shifts in a four-week schedule period (two weekends in a four week period or one shift/weekend for a four week period) Holiday Requirement: Travelers must work 2/3 major holidays - please submit this request with application RTO restrictions: Up to two weeks of RTO permitted. RTO must be submitted with application. Additional requests after confirmation at manager discretion.
