Job Description

As a Senior Financial Advisor, you'll collaborate closely with Partner Teams and fellow Advisors, tackling unique client situations head-on. From investment strategies to retirement planning, education savings to tax and estate planning, your expertise will make a difference. You'll be at the forefront of client meetings, guiding them through financial action plans and ongoing financial reviews. Every interaction will be an opportunity to showcase the 'Why' behind Moneta. Essential Responsibilities
  • Participate in and/or lead client meetings including first interviews, confidential fact-finding, financial action plans, implementation meetings, and reviews
  • Prepare and/or review financial action plans and projections put together by team members
  • Facilitate services for client including investment management, retirement planning, education planning, tax and accounting services, insurance planning, banking and cash management, business planning, estate planning, and philanthropic strategies
  • Develop and source new business with prospect and referral pipelines
  • Keep Partner informed on team and client issues
  • Contribute to team's strategic planning discussions and execute vision
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members
  • Assist in interviewing and hiring of team members
  • Champion team vision and lead by example
  • Seek opportunities to better Moneta
  • Travel occasionally to meet with clients and quarterly for team meetings
  • Commitment to ongoing education to remain an authority in family CFO matters


Qualifications
  • CFP, CPA, J.D. or CFA desired
  • Series 65 required, or achievement of license required within 60 days of employment
  • CFP required within 3 years of employment
  • Five or more years of relevant experience offering holistic financial planning advice
  • Wealth management, registered investment advisory experience preferred
