Pet Street Veterinary Care Center in beautiful Ormond Beach, FL is seeking a Medical Director to join their busy 3 doctor practice! Our ideal candidate is passionate about high quality veterinary care, is seeking a fun working environment, loves client education, and is committed to their patients.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD or equivalent) with a passion for mentoring, a servant leadership style, and collaborative approach. We offer high quality medicine and are the standard of care in our area. We are seeking a candidate interested in being a leader in veterinary medicine and committed to continuing to progress the hospital. We do work according to AAHA standards and protocols, but we give individual freedom to doctors to treat and diagnose within those standards.
We offer competitive salary and benefit package, including a generous sign-on bonus. For those interested in moving to our beautiful state, we offer relocation assistance. - Dedicated surgical suite, isolation room, and separate feline/canine boarding

Here's how you will make an impact:
- Provide excellent GP care, including surgeries, and build strong client relationships
- Partner with Hospital Manager to manage hospital operations, budget, production, and growth.
- Lead progressive hospitals projects such as advancing documentation, equipment, services and medical protocols.
- Communicate with the team through leading meetings, mentorship, and one-on-one meetings
