Position Overview:

The Senior Copywriter is responsible for combining important supervisory and executional responsibilities in one position. The Senior Copywriter must possess superior conceptual skills, knowledge of pharmaceutical requirements/terminology, and excellent copywriting abilities. This position reports to the Associate Creative Director, Copy. Responsibilities include:Develops copy, creative concepts, tactics, and ideasStrong idea generator and strong understanding of what makes an idea goodMaintains consistency of work, brand guidelines, and strategyclient contact for applicable brands and establishes credibility through advanced thinking and clear communicationHelps establish and maintain the highest possible standards of production for all assetsEnsures the efficient execution of creative concepts according to a prime account responsibility list or by management's assignmentMeets established deadlines or provide reasonable notice of special circumstances requiring deadline extensionPreferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant area preferredMinimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in pharma advertisingPresents a strong portfolio demonstrating superior conceptual and copywriting abilityFantastic presentation and communication skillsStrong organizational and analytical skills with proven ability to multitask, handle stressful situations, and deadline pressuresUnderstanding of Adobe Creative Suite; proficient in Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of AI toolsAbility to prioritize workflow and redirect agency projects to meet competing and changing deadlines

Salary range:

$80,000-$110,000

The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit, including experience (both direct and indirect), education, training, demonstrated qualifications, and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
