Position Summary:We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing organization. You are expected to solve complex domain and third-party product related issues with ease of implementation in Walmart infrastructure and can co-relate and understand the complex business models and implement solutions for them.
About Team:Our team works closely with our US stores and eCommerce business to better serve customers by empowering team members, stores, and merchants with technological innovation. Focus areas include customers, stores and employees, in-store service, merchant tools, merchant data science, and search and personalization.
What you'll do:Lead the work of small groups of six to ten engineers, including collaborating with developers in India for assigned Engineering projects.Lead the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level design.Develop innovation strategies, processes, and best practices by leading internal technical teams.Lead and participate in medium- to large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects.

Minimum Qualifications:Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area. Option 2: 5 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience in software engineering or related area.
