Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Assistant Specialist, Strategic Sourcing - What this job involves:Provide support for Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.Responsible for delivering supplier and operational improvements; leading and executing strategic initiatives.Provide support, instruction, and follow-up to operations teams RFP/bid, contracting, and operational processes.Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations.Create and track Sourcing Requests for contract extensions, renewals, and new services.Act as a liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Legal, and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.Assist Sourcing Leader with work priorities, complete deliverables timely, and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary help, and/or project-specific dedicated personnel to assure client satisfaction.Provide analysis and compliance reporting to the Sourcing Lead, identifying risks and actions as appropriate compliance gaps between procurement and work order systems.Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:Desired experience and technical skillsRequired:Support the Category Management team’s supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.Excellent interpersonal skills, organization skills, strong analytical ability, and proven ability to work independently while supporting teams in a decentralized environment.Excellent communication skills – oral and written.Complete system audits to ensure KPI reporting is accurate.Ensure compensation rates in Work Order systems align with service agreements and are updated by contractual increases and service level changes.Analyze data to identify areas of operations to improve efficiency.Preferred:Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university preferred.Project management and business transition experience preferred.Location:
