As a

Sr. Premium Auditor

focused on Workers Compensation, you'll audit each account assigned with optimum accuracy and efficiency. You'll complete each audit in a timely manner to avoid delinquency in relation to the expiration date of the policy. We'll trust you to audit each account in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all clients are provided with the highest standard of customer service. Discuss audit results with policyholders and send appropriate correspondence as warranted.Refer changes on classification assignment to Underwriter. Notify underwriter of significant changes in risk exposure in accordance with audit policies and procedures.Schedule audits efficiently and economically. Initiate confirmation calls to clients prior to appointment.Document all contacts and pertinent information.Attend work related functions and meetings as directed.Qualifications

What you need to have:Experience with large complex Workers Compensation auditsAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, and technical procedures; write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals; and ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, and agentsStrong quantitative skills i.e ability to calculate discounts, interest, commission, volume, etc.A valid driver’s licenseAbility to travel to visit insureds who require physical audits (primarily daytrips approximately once a month; nominal overnight travel)What makes you stand out:Excellent communication and relationship management skills to problem solve and exchange informationAbility to project a warm and friendly manner in all business contacts and maintain a professional relationship with colleagues, agency contacts, and the general publicCritical thinking skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
