Other functions may include the distribution of merchandise bags and boxes and performing carry-outs of purchases for customers. Perform other duties as needed.Essential Functions:Maintain customer service as the top priorityProject a courteous and professional demeanor to all internal and external customersCleaning and maintaining fitting roomsPicking up trash from registers, restrooms, offices, and common areasCleaning and re-stocking restroomsDusting the sales floor (both high and low)Maintaining the carpets and tile floorsEnsure that shortage prevention initiatives are executedDependable attendance and punctualityQualifications and Competencies:No education required1-2 years direct experienceStrong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peersResourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing prioritiesAbility to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidaysEssential Physical Requirements:Position requires prolonged periods of standing/walking around the store or departmentMay involve reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, color vision, and climbing laddersAbility to use equipment including ladder, vacuum, broom/mop, high-speed buffer, pushcart, hand truckFrequently lift/move up to 50 lbs
