We are looking for a team member to join our organization as a
Customer Success Specialist
at Vaisala Inc. located in Burlington, MA. You will join a growing team whose focus is to provide solutions to customers in a variety of industries and applications.

What’s Your Role?The Customer Success Specialist ensures our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. The target is to build long-term relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to directly impact service renewal business and provide solutions to a variety of customer needs. In this role you will be working in close co-operation with inside sales, service delivery, and Customer Frontline teams to drive revenue growth and gain global industry expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding of selected Vaisala customers.
Scheduling frequent meetings with customers to ensure their satisfaction and strengthening the relationship.
Mastering the process and sale of agreement renewals.
Maintaining the calibration plans for our customers.
Identifying and generating opportunities for Vaisala sales teams.
Create, assign and coordinate tasks to the organization based on the customer needs.
Gathering and sharing feedback from the customers to stakeholders within the organization.
Ensuring the accuracy of the customer and installed base data.
Input customer data and daily activity utilizing CRM tools.

Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, SAP, SAC preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite, basic knowledge of core business processes.
Ability to fluently communicate in English with additional language skills being a plus.
Previous experience in similar roles is preferred, but not mandatory.
