This role will start full time in person during the training period but will transition to hybrid from there.What’s Your Role?The Customer Success Specialist ensures our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. The target is to build long-term relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Together with the team, you will have an excellent opportunity to directly impact service renewal business and provide solutions to a variety of customer needs. In this role you will be working in close co-operation with inside sales, service delivery, and Customer Frontline teams to drive revenue growth and gain global industry expertise.Onboarding of selected Vaisala customersScheduling frequent meetings with customers to ensure their satisfaction and strengthening the relationship.Mastering the process and sale of agreement renewalsMaintaining the calibration plans for our customers.Identifying and generating opportunities for Vaisala sales teamsCreate, assign and coordinate tasks to the organization based on the customer needs.Gathering and sharing feedback from the customers to stakeholders within the organizationEnsuring the accuracy of the customer and installed base data.Input customer data and daily activity utilizing CRM tools.What will you bring?Empathy: A genuine desire to help customers and a passion for delivering exceptional service.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.Strong negotiation, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skillsEffective time management and organization skills; ability to prioritize tasks.Customer focus with the ability to communicate service features and benefits.Ability to learn market, product, and application knowledge.Ability to interpret technical documentation.Act with integrity, aligned with Vaisala values.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, SAP, SAC preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite, basic knowledge of core business processes.Ability to fluently communicate in English with additional language skills being a plus.Previous experience in similar roles is preferred, but not mandatory.Ready to take every measure for the planet?
