The

Construction Scheduler

will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules using

Critical Path Methodology (CPM) . You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including preconstruction teams, project managers, superintendents, and contractors, to plan and schedule activities, milestones, and deliverables from conceptual phases through engineering and construction. You will also lead schedule update meetings, oversee pull planning sessions, and monitor project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and timely project completion.Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Development & Maintenance:

Collaborate with preconstruction, project, and construction teams to develop detailed project schedules, identifying key activities, milestones, and critical deliverables.Cost & Resource Management:

Develop

cost- and resource-loaded schedules

to track project progress and highlight dependencies.Schedule Updates:

Lead

weekly schedule update meetings

to ensure accurate project status and timely incorporation of new information.Material Management Coordination:

Coordinate with project teams and material management to ensure timely alignment of material deliveries with installation schedules.Pull Planning Sessions:

Oversee pull planning sessions, ensuring alignment with baseline schedules and timely project progression.Impact Analysis:

Analyze the impact of design changes and schedule delays and keep leadership informed of any potential issues.Reporting:

Provide regular

status updates

and reports to project teams and leadership as required.Site Visits:

Travel to project sites and company offices to participate in meetings and assess project status.Requirements:

Experience:

7+ years of experience in

large commercial or industrial construction projects .Scheduling Experience:

At least 2+ years of

direct scheduling experience , with a proven track record in

Critical Path Management .Software Proficiency:

3+ years of experience with

Primavera P6 CPM

scheduling in relevant construction markets.Technical Skills:

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite , particularly

Excel .Scheduling Methodologies:

Strong understanding of

CPM scheduling methodologies

and current best practices in scheduling.Knowledge:

Advanced knowledge of

construction technology ,

codes , and

standards .Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Problem-Solving:

Experience managing and resolving

project control issues

and schedule challenges effectively.Ideal Candidate Profile:

with a deep understanding of

and
