Job Description

Position Summary

The Project Scheduler IV prepares and maintains summary-level and detailed CPM schedules for design, construction, procurement, commissioning and integrated Design-Build and EPCM projects using Primavera P6 Software. Develops KPIs and provides progress updates and reports as required for each project. Provides schedule training and software support as needed. Responsible for ensuring all project scheduling practices comply with corporate standards and contractual requirements.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop CPM schedules for a variety of project types, including complex Design-Build and EPCM projects.Facilitate interactive planning sessions and Last Planner System activities for project teamsWork with project teams to develop the WBS, identify key milestones and KPIs, and progressively add schedule detailsPerform quality checks and analysis of vendor and trade partner schedules, ensuring they are accurately incorporated into project master schedulesCreate customized schedule reports to meet specific project needsUpdate schedules, evaluate schedule performance, report variances and assist in developing mitigation plans as neededPerform expert-level critical path, float path and schedule slip analyses and assist teams to mitigate as neededObjectively report project schedule health, progress, risk and opportunities to corporate leadershipEnsure that project scheduling practices comply with corporate standards and contractual requirementsMentor, coach, and develop less experienced scheduling staff in good scheduling practices to expand and enhance scheduling capabilities within CRB.Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering or a similar fieldMinimum of 10 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years of scheduling experienceExpert knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project scheduling softwareWilling to travel up to 50% to support multiple projects across the continental U.S. and Puerto RicoAdditional Qualifications

Ability to independently develop preliminary schedules with minimal input from project teamsExperience scheduling $100M+ multi-phase (design, procurement, construction, and commissioning) capital projectsExperience leading interactive pull-planning and LPS planning sessionsExperience leading and mentoring junior scheduling staffStrong verbal, written and graphical communication skillsOSHA 10-hour certification
