The Analyst Lead will provide asset inventory support to our contract sites through the Center of Excellence for Asset Management (COEAM). This position is an integral component of the COEAM Charter and is the first pillar of our foundational principles providing inventory data capture. Will work alongside other CMMS team members to collect and update asset data during inventory projects. This is a growth position; as your skills and competence in our processes increase, you will be expected to lead our on-site teams during inventory projects. This position will require a strong desire to expand your knowledge of facilities and their complex systems, take control of the processes involved, and become a leader in the field.Duties and Responsibilities:Work extensively with MS Excel to analyze, mine, and update inventory dataBe versatile with data to identify trends, data consistency, and patterns to improve efficiency of the inventory processWork with multiple Excel, Word, PDF and other documents to examine, compare, convert, and combineWork in a team with a Facility Asset Specialist to perform physical inventory and data collection of electrical, mechanical, fire, structural and security assetsPerform physical asset validations at various government and commercial facilitiesWork independent and / or with CMMS team members to prep and import / export data from our applicationsReconcile both data and physical inventory discrepanciesPerform QC reviews of data and asset labeling during work-in-progress and post completionDevelop / update briefings, tracking and closeout reportsOperate as the Team Lead or Alternate Team Lead for inventory projectsProvide client briefings, updates, and progress reportsWork independently from the office, our sites, or at homeQualifications:Minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience or formal education with data analysisExpert with MS Excel, MS WordBasic understanding of relational databasesMust be a US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain at minimum a Secret ClearanceExcellent analytical skills; including data collection, organization, and detail orientedMust be clear vocal communicatorMust be able to meet changing priorities, deadlines, and travel on short noticeAbility to work unusual hours when necessaryExceptional abilityto use technology such as mobile devices, phones, tablets, and applicationsSelf-directed and self-learningMust be able to safely climb ladders, maneuver around / over / under equipment, access crawlspaces, pits, mezzanines, and atticsTravel estimated up to 75%Added Skills / Qualifications a Plus but Not Necessary:Experience with SQL, DB2Experience with other Microsoft products SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, etc.Experience with various CMMS or Property Management systemsExperience with MaximoExperience with AutoCADConstruction or Facility ExperienceExperience with Government ContractingWe offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package and are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
