Job Title: 1st Shift Assembly
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Worker for our Military division. This role will involve the manufacturing, testing, and inspection of aluminum heat pipes. The position is for the 1st shift, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, following a 9/80 schedule.
Responsibilities
Oversee the PCM line, producing heating and cooling pipes for military-grade projects.
Weigh materials, clean pipes, fill each pipe with material, plug each pipe, and perform a final cleaning step.
Carefully handle materials ranging from $2,000 to $3,000 per piece.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail, measurement, weighing, and hand tool experience.
Essential Skills
Strong cultural fit with the team.
Stable work history with good tenure.
High level of attention to detail, especially in small parts assembly or machining.
Experience with machine shop operations.
