Since we started in 1971, we've remained dedicated to creating trendsetting shoes for people from every walk of life, and have been able to watch our family company grow from a small manufacturer to a globally-recognized fashion house. Eventually, we expanded into the three unique brands of the Laundry Club: Chinese Laundry, CL By Laundry, and Dirty Laundry, as well as our fourth luxury-footwear brand, 42 Gold.
Pay Salary:
up to $130,000.00 yearly D.O.E.

Travel Required:
Travel to our Las Vegas Warehouse is required, estimated travel percentage of 30% to 60% varies depending on company needs. Travel expenses and per diem will be paid by the company.
Temporary to Permanent Position:
This is a full-time salary position. You will be evaluated at the end of six months from your start date and may be offered a permanent position with the company.
Purpose:
The Director of Operations will report to the CEO and oversee the end-to-end sales, orders, shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics functions ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This role is crucial in driving operational excellence from product receiving to delivery, aligning with fast-paced fashion industry timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, shipping, receiving, inventory logistics, and distribution to ensure efficiency.
Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to streamline operational processes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives and enhance teamwork.
Monitor operational budgets, controlling costs to align with financial goals.
Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare and convey weekly management reports to the CEO.
Collaborate with C-level executives and department heads to align operational strategies with overall company goals.
Support and work closely with CEO to build processes, assess processes and optimize workflow.
Travel between LA Office and LV warehouse as needed.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Work Experience Requirements:
10+ years of senior management experience in the fashion industry, with a focus on operations.
5+ years required distribution experience in Fashion/Shoe industry.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of fashion industry trends, production cycles. Experience with Big Box stores is a plus.
Ability to solve complex operational issues and implement solutions.
Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to present ideas and collaborate across departments.
