TEAM is also recognized as a winner of the San Diego Top Workplace award in 2022 and 2023.Role Summary:TEAM is looking for a driven, full-cycle seller that is eager to source and win new business. The Business Development Associate reports into the Co-president and joins a growing team of 4 sellers. You will be responsible for sourcing, selling and closing new business in TEAM’s small to mid-market fiduciary markets (regional banks, community banks, private fiduciaries and lawyers).What you’ll do:Drive new revenue for TEAM by closing new business for TEAM’s Core service offering for mid-market financial institutionsSource and engage prospects within assigned territory (mid-market)Qualify, persuade, and close new businessConsistently hit activity targets (cold emailing) to build your pipelineQuarterback deals and marshal executive-level support within large financial institutions to deliver new business in a time-effective mannerEngage prospects and cultivate industry partnerships at conferencesField and qualify inbound sales opportunities from website and inbound callsWhat you’ll need to have:Strong verbal and written communication skillsA team-first and output-oriented attitudeAn innate desire to win, and will to push through barriers to deliver resultsDesire to learn and grow into a strong enterprise sellerExecutive presence and emotional intelligence to build trustWe’re looking for someone who:Has 1-4 years of professional experience.
