POSITION: Technical Project Manager - Semiconductors
LOCATION: Detroit, Michigan
RECRUITMENT SALARY RANGE: $107,500 - $155,000 *

Responsibilities:
Drive day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives.
Enable the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process.
Identify and direct all resources required to execute successful projects.
Create and maintain project schedules.
Collaborate and facilitate communication across organizational leaders and external partners to meet aggressive schedule and quality goals.
Lead multi-functional communication between project teams and external vendors.
Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management.
Understand technical issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners for decision making.
What you will be doing:
Working with senior management to create thorough project plans and roadmaps.
Building partnerships and working closely with functional peers across engineering, purchasing, architecture, and design teams.
Establishing clear plans for execution per project milestones and anticipate/mitigate risks.
Defining processes and standards around governance, communication, and quality.
Identifying and developing strategy for changes in scope, schedule, and cost.
Creating transition plans, identifying lessons learned, and applying them to future projects.
Establishing program objectives; developing requirements, planning schedules, and estimating costs.
Balancing needs of multiple stakeholders and gaining buy-in from resistant groups.
Performing other duties as required.
Travel as required.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
5+ years of technical project management experience preferably in NPI and advanced technology products.
Proven experience leading agile teams in the successful delivery of complex projects.
Experience with agile scaling frameworks, such as SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale, is a plus.
Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to learn quickly.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and the ability to work with people at varying levels within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in engineering or management.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
Additional agile certifications, such as PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or Certified Agile Coach.
Proficient in using agile project management tools, such as JIRA.
