Senior Property Manager . This role is responsible for managing daily operations, tenant relations, and property performance. Experience with leasing apartments, building code violations, and evictions is a plus. Ideal candidates would have 10+ years in multifamily property management and at least 3 years in a Senior Property Manager role. Bilingual Spanish speakers are preferred. IL real estate license is required.Responsibilities:Manage daily operations for a multifamily property, ensuring high standards for maintenance and tenant relations.Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, lease renewals, and unit inspections.Manage maintenance requests and coordinate with staff and third-party vendors for timely resolution.Develop and implement property management best practices.Ensure timely rent collections, manage late payments, and oversee eviction processes as necessary.Inspect property regularly and manage annual and seasonal maintenance schedules.Monitor contracts with vendors and ensure performance and value.Provide weekly status reports to company partners and leadership.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 10 years of experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a senior property manager role.Valid real estate broker’s license.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Strong experience with leasing apartments and familiarity with building code violations and evictions.Bilingual Spanish speakers preferredProficiency with property management software (e.g., Appfolio), and MS Office or Google Suite.Compensation:$75,000 - $90,000 baseMonthly commission and bonus401(k) + matchHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insurancePaid time off
