Looking for individuals with Software Implementation experience, and an eagerness to support a large Airline as they transition to a new software specific to their needs. This position will require travel 2-3 weeks at a time, to support in the user testing in Airports around the United States. Bachelors Degree and 1 year of professional experience is required. Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation of INFORM GroundStar RealTime Staff and Equipment resource management program. Support the execution of specific airports including all work areas within Airport Operations Customer Service Planeside Baggage. Partner with Airport Subject Matter Experts Change Management Training and other key stakeholders to ensure a successful rollout. Field Implementation Specialist Role Overview: - Front-end role focused on user acceptance testing, training, and go-live support at airports. - Support users through large-scale changes. Requirements: - Proficient in using the software. - Technical background with the ability to be a hands-on technical expert. - No coding required, but a technical mindset is essential. - Strong communication skills to assist non-technical users through changes. Travel up to 50%: Lot of travel to the airports - supporting training and testing. Should be about 50% travel. This is not like every-other week travel but instead during the testing phase there will be much less travel as testing is completed and they go through results/changes at the beginning of each roll out and then once it is time to "go-live" at a certain airport location there will be lots of travel into that airport location for "at the elbow" type support and training of airport staff. n - Assist the Project Manager PM and Rollout Team Lead in planning of work priorities coordination of information to support the project design and planning and project risk assessment and contingency planning. - Support software testing efforts partnering with the QA and stations teams to ensure the program has been configured according to requirements. - Become a subject matter expert in INFORM GroundStar RealTime Staff and Equipment resource management program in order to support training change management and rollout efforts. - Ensure organization readiness by supporting planning communications and mitigation activities and assist in assuring effective transition into production as appropriate. Whats needed to succeed Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of software implementation experience on a large scale/enterprise level project Change management Very strong experience with Office Professional Suite Excellent communication and analytical skills Ability to work with cross functional groups Strong relationship building skills Ability to travel 50% Education: Advanced degree or equivalent work experience required preferably in Software Implementation or Project Management.
