POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for managing multiple Health First Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) initiatives simultaneously.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accomplish initiative goals through appropriate methodologies for gathering, defining, and documenting requirements, process and data flows and analysis, project and change management, as part of initiative support.Perform effective risk and issue management and reporting, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution and mitigation.Leverage appropriate conflict management and problem resolution skills.Utilize resources effectively, monitor and track budgets, adjust expenditures as necessary, and work within an approved budget.Identify, document and baseline change requests in scope, time, and schedule.Effectively communicate initiative status and operational issues to sponsors, team members, and stakeholders using applicable communication paths.Provide outstanding customer service to the Health First organization by displaying courtesy and sensitivity, managing difficult or emotional customer situations, meeting commitments, responding promptly to customer needs, and soliciting customer feedback to improve service.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology (IT), Healthcare or related field, or a total of five (5) years of applicable professional experience.Licensure: None.Certification: Ability to obtain a professional certification in project management, lean six sigma, business analysis, or change management, within one (1) year.Work Experience: One (1) year experience in coordination, collaboration, and facilitation of work efforts.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: o Knowledge of multiple methodologies and tools in business analysis, project management, process improvement and change management to support multiple initiatives. o Facilitate meetings and work sessions to logically evaluate and analyze situations, providing the necessary data to drive decisions from executive sponsors, project sponsors, and stakeholders. o Ability to foster high performing teams and optimize resources to achieve initiative outcomes. o Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse and matrixed environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Majority of time involves sitting or standing; occasional walking, bending, stooping.Long periods of computer time or at workstation.Light work that may include lifting or moving objects up to 20 pounds with or without assistance.May be exposed to inside environments with varied temperatures, air quality, lighting and/or low to moderate noise.Communicating with others to exchange information.Visual acuity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks.Workspace may vary from open to confined, on site or remote.May require travel to various facilities within and beyond county perimeter; may require use of personal vehicle.Adaptability of working remotely.
