OverviewPosition: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology
Location: Bala Cynwyd, PA
Schedule: Monday through Friday with evenings until 7pm and 2 days per week done by 2pm. One Saturday a month
Compensation: Salary range $76,000-$95,000/yr based on experience
Our NovaCare center in Bala Cynwyd is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed physical therapist with an interest in cancer rehabilitation to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis. This large outpatient orthopedic center sees a diverse caseload mix and is seeking to add cancer rehabilitation to best serve the needs of the community.

Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, which provides rehabilitative services to help improve the quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population. This is an emerging ReVital center - caseload will be primarily orthopedic with some oncology with potential for increased oncology as the local program continues to grow.

Responsibilities
Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
Complete and maintain required trainings
Maintain compliance with government regulations
Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
QualificationsMinimum Requirements:
Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certified
Preferred Qualifications:
Interest in cancer rehabilitation
