OverviewPosition: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology

Location: Olney, MD

Schedule: Full time; Mon/Weds 10:30 am - 7 pm, Tues/Thurs/Fri 8 am - 4:30 pm

Salary: Salary starting at $85,000/year (pending experience)

Incentives: Up to $5k sign on, indefinite student debt program

Our Olney, MD NovaCare Rehabilitation center is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed physical therapist (PT) to join our team. Clinicians in our center serve individuals with various needs including ortho, sports med, vestibular & concussion, pelvic health and many more. Caseload will be a mix of ortho and oncology. Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, which provides rehabilitative services to help improve the quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties

Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs

Complete and maintain required trainings

Maintain compliance with government regulations

Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy

Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

CPR certified

Preferred Qualifications:

Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience
