OverviewPosition: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology

Location: Glendale, AZ

Schedule: Full time, Monday - Friday

Compensation: Salary starting at $74,000/year (pending experience)

Incentives: Up to $20k sign on bonus and student debt program

Our Glendale physical therapy center is looking for a licensed Physical Therapist with a special interest in oncology to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time basis. This center is a large multi-disciplinary clinic, primarily neuro/ortho case load with some oncology and opportunity to grow oncology caseload. Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, which provides rehabilitative services to help improve the quality of life for people affected by cancer. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties

Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs

Complete and maintain required trainings

Maintain compliance with government regulations

Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

QualificationsMinimum Requirements:

Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy

Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice

CPR certified

Preferred Qualifications:

Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
