Location: Westminster, MD
Schedule: Full or part time options available, includes some evenings until 6:30 pm
NovaCare Rehabilitation in Carroll County, Maryland is seeking a lymphedema and/or oncology experienced physical therapist to join us in
Westminster . We are able to consider licensed physical therapists interested in leadership or staff for this unique opportunity to become a champion with our ReVital (oncology) team. An ideal physical therapist has at least 2-3 years of experience treating lymphedema and/or oncology patients. Specialty certifications are not required, but highly preferred. Our continuing education program pays for your certifications with in- person CEUs available, limitlessly. The majority of your time will be spent in patient care treating at one of our Westminster MD outpatient locations. We do expect this position to include some marketing and education responsibilities as we continue to expand both locally and nationally. You will join our local like-minded lymphedema and oncology leaders. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities
Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
Complete and maintain required trainings
Maintain compliance with government regulations
Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
Current State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certified
Minimum of three (3) years experience as a licensed physical therapist treating lymphedema, oncology and related conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
Lymphedema certification
