Procyon is a growing RIA seeking an additional experienced relationship manager to provide primary client coverage responsibilities for private clients that will be assigned to you. You will play a pivotal role in fostering strong and lasting relationships with our clients. This position is primarily focused on providing exceptional client service and support, ensuring their financial goals are met. You will collaborate closely with the firm's investment professionals and planning team to deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment solutions.Work Modality -
This role is ideally a hybrid position working from one of our offices Tues- Thur and remote on Mon and Friday.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients as their lead advisor.Proactively address inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Coordinate with the Procyon investment team to deliver investment solutionsCollaborate with the Procyon Planning team to deliver bespoke financial plansClient Service:Delivering exceptional client service adhering to firm service standardsConduct client reviews and log details in the CRMUse the CRM system to coordinate with your assigned CSA to get client tasks completedManage client data and information accurately.Financial Planning Support:Collaborate with financial planners to gather client information and analyze financial needs.Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial plans and presentations.Educate clients on financial concepts and strategies.Team Collaboration:Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.Business DevelopmentYour primary responsibility will be serving existing clients and not generating new business leads yourself.The ability to add new services or gather new assets from assigned clients is expected.Ideal candidates would be able to close new prospect leads that the firm provides from time to time.Ideal Requirements:Proven experience as a relationship manager/financial advisor in financial services.A minimum of five years' experience in a similar roleCFP® designationStrong understanding of financial products and services.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.Strong organizational and time management skills.FINRA 7 licenses not required or supportedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Total RewardsProcyon was built from the ground up with our clients and employees in mind.
