Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site and hybrid role for an Associate Financial Advisor at Financial Synergies Wealth Advisors in Houston, TX. The Associate Financial Advisor will be responsible for financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, and providing financial advisory services to clients. The role involves collaborating with Certified Financial Planner™ professionals, client service team, and portfolio management to deliver Total Wealth Management solutions and support our clients' needs.
QualificationsFinancial Planning and Retirement Planning skillsFinance and Investments expertise1 -3 years of experience at a Financial Advisory firm, RIA, or broker/dealerClient service mindedStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented and organized mindsetCertifications such as Series 65 and/or CFP® a plusBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
