life while you’re working to help others.Position OverviewA Screening Solutions Specialist (SSS) is a front-line position in the fight against cancer. The SSS will drive product growth of Cologuard in medical practices to meet sales goals within the assigned geography and deliver diagnostic solutions by establishing the importance of Colorectal Cancer (CRC) diseases and screening.This position is field based.Essential DutiesGenerate deep insight into local healthcare ecosystems and market landscape
Analyze the treatment journey across the local system of care in order to identify account opportunities to work with HCPs to improve clinical decision making and deliver better patient and population health outcomes.Build a network of relationships within accounts to gain insight into system, customer and patient unmet needs.Synthesize data from formal and informal sources to understand the evolving local care system.
Develop and implement business and account plans
Create business and account plans based on opportunities to drive acceptance of Cologuard and other Exact Sciences solutions.Lead the implementation of these plans to devise and implement customer-specific engagement approaches.Inform and educate target physician and stakeholder groups about Exact Sciences products.
Leads the successful implementation of account plans
Ensures execution of targeted tactics to deliver business goals.Communicates a clear description of customer needs to internal stakeholders.Ensures that the team conducts business to the highest ethical and professional standards.
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science, or related field; or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.2+ years of previous sales, inside sales, or account management experience OR 1+ years of previous sales experience plus 1+ years in a healthcare setting.Possession of a valid driver’s license.Ability to meet any requirements set by healthcare facilities for access.Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications2+ years of experience in sales of medical devices or diagnostics.Experience working with primary care physicians.Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM tools.Salary Range: $79,000.00 - $118,000.00. In addition, this position is bonus eligible and eligible to receive company stock upon hire.Exact Sciences offers an employee experience that includes paid time off, retirement savings plan, wellness support, and health benefits.
