Job Title: S4 HANA Solution Architect Assignment Type: 6 month contract-to-hire Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid) Pay Rate - $85/hr on W2, $95/hr on C2C Job Description the world's leading contract foodservice company is searching for an S/4 HANA Solution Architect ; this position is located at its North America headquarters in Charlotte, NC (preferably on site). This position can be remote for the right candidate. This opportunity is for specialists with experience in S/4 HANA Responsibilities: Work with Solution Management Layer consisting of Business representatives, System Architects, Program leaders, Product Managers Assess companies on future roadmap against existing solution template to define Fit/Gap and solutions Prepare position paper presentations with solution options for business requirements Prepare and present Key Design Decision documents across business process areas Produce high quality documentation, including procedural, operational, and technical design and process flow documents Proactively locate and correct potential problems and/or implement improvements Liaison with SAP for addressing whitespace requirements Core SAP skills required Skill Skill need/ Level or Proficiency Description of desired qualification Team Leadership (Project Leadership and Management) Mandatory Experiencing in leading one or many solution teams in one or more End to End SAP implementation programs Communication Excellent Strong Verbal and written communication skills, with ability to present to diverse audiences SAP S/4HANA exposure Mandatory Atleast 1 S/4HANA Greenfield implementation experience Brownfield can be considered S/4HANA Technology exposure S/4HANA Sales ( Solution Design and Architecture) Mandatory Implementation experience in area of Sales with specific design experience in Condition contracts Pricing Catalog (Listing/Exclusion) AATP 3rd Party Sales Sales Contracts Custom Developments IS-Retail modules (POSDM/DTA etc.) Item Master Business Partner S/4HANA Technology exposure S/4HANA Procurement ( Solution Design and Architecture) Mandatory Implementation experience in area of S/4HANA Procurement with specific design experience in Condition contracts Pricing 3rd Party Sales Item Master Business Partner Procurement and Goods Receipt S/4HANA Technology exposure S/4HANA Finance ( Solution Design and Architecture) Mandatory Implementation experience in area of S/4HANA Finance with solution design experience in MM-FI Integration SD-FI Integration COPA Accounting related to C2C and P2P Revenue Recognition S/4HANA Project Systems ( Solution Design and Architecture) Mandatory Implementation experience in area of S/4HANA PS with solution design experience in Cost Element usage Billing Revenue Recognition SAP Technical and Integration exposure Mandatory 1. Experience in integrating systems to SAP (both inbound and outbound) with a general understanding of commonly used technical methods related to business scenarios 2. Understanding of various integration patters 3. bility to have an informed conversation with technical architects 4. Implementation experience which involves integration of SAP S/4HANA with other non SAP systems 5. Understanding of Solution Design principles in this are Solution Demonstration Mandatory Experience in running Conference Room Pilots SAP Master Data Mandatory Detailed knowledge of structure of Master Data and Enterprise Setup Design experience in various business Process with ability to think grounds up on customization Mandatory Exposure in following business areas is desired Complex Billing Scenarios Business Partner Item Master Point of Sales (IS-Retail) Listing and Exclusion Substitution Contracts Cross Platform Reporting Mandatory Good Understanding of SAP table structures in conjunction with business processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 10 years' experience with S/4 HANA, SAP ECC -Multiple implementation experience is mandatory.
